1. Parties
This processing agreement is part of the agreement between:
Hostbeukers B.V., trading under the name CRRM
and
the user of the Platform.
2. Roles of parties
The User is the controller within the meaning of the GDPR.
CRRM acts as processor.
3. Purposes of processing
CRRM only processes personal data:
- for delivery of the Platform;
- for support of services;
- on the instructions of the User;
- for the security and continuity of the Platform.
4. Types of personal data
Depending on the use of the Platform, the following personal data, among others, may be processed:
- name details;
- contact details;
- address details;
- communications data;
- IP addresses;
- customer and lead data;
- planning and work order data;
- user and account information.
5. Obligations of CRRM
CRRM will:
- process personal data only according to the User's instructions;
- take appropriate security measures;
- ensure confidentiality;
- apply appropriate access security;
- report security incidents if necessary.
6. Security measures
CRRM takes, among other things, the following measures:
- encryption;
- backups;
- logging;
- monitoring;
- access management;
- secure connections;
- authentication checks.
7. Subprocessors
CRRM may use sub-processors for, among other things:
CRRM will make appropriate agreements with sub-processors where reasonably possible.
- hosting;
- cloud infrastructure;
- email services;
- monitoring;
- backups;
- technical support.
8. Requests from data subjects
Requests from data subjects are handled by the controller.
CRRM will provide support where reasonably possible.
9. Data breaches
CRRM reports security incidents without unreasonable delay after becoming aware of them.
10. Retention Periods and Deletion
After termination of the Agreement, personal data may be deleted in accordance with CRRM's applicable retention periods and technical processes.
11. Audit and logging
CRRM may retain log and audit data for security, evidence, monitoring and improvement of services.
12. Liability
The liability limitations in the CRRM General Terms and Conditions apply to this processing agreement.
